My name is Joy Baiya, I have been a Product Lister/Photo Editor and Admin Assistant in an E-commerce business for 2 years. My client Sells Autographed Sports Items (NBA, NFL, MBL and Hockey) from Shopify.

I know how to create an Email Campaign using Mailchimp, I know how to do product research on Amazon and find its supplier on Alibaba or Aliexpress. I am also familiar with creating a chatbot for Facebook Messenger. I am also a Graphic Designer and the tools I use are Canva and Photoshop. I can edit videos through Premier Pro (Basic) and Filmora.

"My Work Experience"

I have 2 years of experience as a Product Lister at UltimateAutographs that sells sports items in the United States. I was responsible for editing our product images, the Description, Pricing and Categories on our Shopify website. Additionally, I entered data for our inventory and sales report in spreadsheets to assist our HR manager.
